These men are the modern-day warriors, drawing strength from the ancient texts, including the Apocrypha, to fight the good fight of faith.
“For the Most High himself is the judge, fear him: leave off from thy sins, and forget thine iniquities, to meddle no more with them for ever: so shall God lead you forth, and deliver you from all trouble.” – 2 Esdras 16:67 (Apocrypha)
In the Hebrew tradition, the word “Gibor” (גִּבּוֹר) means mighty warrior, and in Greek, “Andres” (ἄνδρες) translates to men of valor. These are the men who lead their families and communities with unwavering faith, ready to tackle any challenge that comes their way. They know the real battle is not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers (Ephesians 6:12).
